What’s the cost?

$8,300 per quarter

Graduate students and researchers with faculty appointments at their home institution receive a 50% tuition discount when conducting research at the school’s Global Leadership Institute (GLI).

How do I apply?

This program is administered by GLI.

To apply, please submit the following materials:

  • Research proposal (5–10 pages)
  • Current resume or CV
  • Academic transcript
  • Evaluation of English proficiency (if applicable)

Your research proposal should clearly outline the goals and structure of your project, including:

  • Research topic or thesis focus, including any hypotheses or research questions
  • Current stage of your research or fieldwork
  • Research methodology and how you plan to conduct your work while at GLI (e.g., attending lectures, consulting with faculty, conducting studies, gathering research materials, or enrolling in relevant coursework)
  • Proposed research timeline during your stay
  • Faculty you hope to consult with, including how their expertise will support your research

At the conclusion of the program, you are asked to share the outcomes of your work by submitting:

  • A research summary of at least 10 pages
  • A one-page abstract or executive summary of the research findings
