The curriculum for our degree programs combines three professional school traditions: international relations, public policy and management. Graduates assume senior policy positions in the public and nonprofit sectors as well as in non-governmental organizations and private companies. Master of International Affairs
You're interested in developing a deeper understanding of global issues and the impact on society.
Master of Public Policy
You're interested in analyzing and constructing domestic and international policy through statistical analysis and data-driven research.
Master of Chinese Economic and Political Affairs
You're interested in using cross-disciplinary tools to dig deeply into the economics and politics of contemporary China and its relationship with the rest of the world.
Master of Advanced Studies in International Affairs
You have five or more years of work experience and you’re interested in studying international relations.
Ph.D. in Political Science and International Affairs
You're interested in research careers in political science, with an emphasis in international policy and comparative policy analysis.
Concurrent Degree Programs
Several five-year concurrent degree programs are offered in collaboration with UC San Diego’s International Studies Program and Departments of Economics and Political Science.
